Raise your voice against changes to ILR

Nursing staff from all over the world make vital contributions to the UK’s health and care services, but UK government proposals to overhaul the Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) system fail to recognise the value these staff bring.

Many internationally educated nursing staff could leave the UK because of these proposals and others may decide not to come to work here. This will deepen the nursing workforce crisis and threaten patient care.

In the immediate term we’re calling for the UK government to scrap their proposals - and ultimately we want to see all nursing staff granted immediate eligibility for ILR.
