Nursing staff are signing an open letter calling on their local MPs to back direct negoitions that restore the value of NHS nursing staff and workers pay.

Add your name in support to show nursing staff in your community and your local MP that you want to see NHS pay and structures reflect the value of safety critical health care staff.

Nursing staff are being pushed into debt, poverty and hardship, and out of nursing all together by the state of NHS pay today. This pressure cannot carry on any longer.
