As the pressure on our NHS has increased, so has the complexity of how and where care is delivered.  

Nursing staff deserve fair pay, and to be treated equally, it is as simple as that. 

But thousands have been left behind and denied the full NHS pay award for 2022-23 and 2023-24. 

Do you deliver NHS care but have been told you will not receive the permanent pay uplift and/or one-off payment received by colleagues who are directly employed by the NHS?
