Tell your MLA that Northern Ireland nurses and nursing assistants deserve pay parity with colleagues in the rest of the UK

As the pressure on health and social care continues, and services become increasingly stretched, nursing staff in Northern Ireland are once again the lowest paid in the UK.

The absence of the Northern Ireland Executive and Assembly is having a devastating impact on the health and social care system.

There are thousands of nursing vacancies yet there is no incentive for staff to continue to work in the HSC. Nursing staff in Northern Ireland have been left behind and denied a pay award for 2023-24.

We need our politicians to take action to stop the crisis in health, for the sake of patients and the hard-working staff who are keeping services running.

Take action today and demand that your MLA does the same.
